What is a Person? The greatest and perhaps most brilliant deception of all time is how and why our government has authority over us. It was man that created government, so how is it that something man created has authority or jurisdiction over descendants of the man who created it? To answer this question you must first understand more about the Canadian government. Did you know that there is not only a country called Canada, but also a corporation called CANADA? It is a corporation like any other, and is registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is a department of the United States government that collects information about corporations national and international, for the purpose of providing investors with information such as revenue. In fact, one of CANADA’s sources of revenue listed on the SEC is income tax. Proof that CANADA is a corporation: Proof 1, Proof 2 For this book: CANADA – means the corporation called CANADA that claims to be our government Canada – means the physical land mass known as Canada. What does this mean? Well, the sole purpose of the Canadian government, is to govern only this corporation called CANADA. This is not a lawful government, and is openly known as a de facto government, meaning “exercising power or serving a function without being lawfully or officially established.” It is not lawful because it is a corporation and is based on fraud, undisclosed information and assumptions. Moving forward, let’s look at the authority the government claims to have over us. We’ve all seen it, people being abused by police officers, people being thrown into jail for not paying their taxes or for smoking something that god put on earth for us to enjoy and use to heal our pains. Why does the government have this authority over us? Since people began before the government did, the people created the government, and thus the government literally has no authority over you. Canada was founded on the rule of law and the supremacy of god as stated in the Canadian constitution. This means that if there were a hierarchy, God would be at the top and the people would be number two. We are the master, anybody working for the government is a public servant to us, and below us in the hierarchy of authority. Since the Canadian government is governing CANADA, and at the same time they’re governing us, this in fact means we are employees of this corporation. But how can this be? Being governed requires mutual consent. Do you remember giving your consent to be governed? Here is the trick of how you have unknowingly consented to handing over your authority to this corporation claiming to be our government: Your parents got you into this mess by registering their child (you) when you were born. Look up the word register in a law dictionary and you will find that it means ‘to transfer complete ownership for a partial’. Think of the implications of when you register your child, or even your car. The birth certificate created a corporation, a fiction sometimes called a strawman, and the name of that corporation is the name that you believe to be your name in ALL CAPITALS. The all-capitals name that is on your birth certificate is property of the province or state in which you live. When that child uses that name on their birth certificate and signs for it during their lifetime, they are creating contracts that in fact make them property of the province. The provinces are also corporations, property of the CANADA corporation, so being property of one constitutes being property of the other. There is a legal maxim that states “an accessory attached to a principal, becomes property of the owner of that principal”, and in this case we are the accessories, our birth certificate names are the principal, and the corporation called CANADA is the owner of that principal. This is why the government can tell us how we must live our lives; what we can and can’t eat, or that we have to ask for permission to do things like drive a car. Like a master to his puppet, he controls what his puppet does. Do not underestimate the power of this name game that has been deceptively forced upon us.
