Marriage Remedy Marriage - a promise between two people who love eachother and wish to share a life together. Dictionary.com defines it as "a formal agreement between two companies or enterprises to combine operations, resources, etc., for mutual benefit; merger." This is because Marriage in today's world is a merging of 'persons'. Traditionally Marriage would constitute the man giving the woman a ring and that ring would be the promise and bond that kept them together and represented their love for eachother. Now what do we have? A legal ceremony merging corporations disguised as their names, to which one must apply (aka beg or ask permission like a child) for a Marriage license. After the groom kisses his bride they immediately walk over to a desk and sign a contract. This contract invites in a third party who doesn't care about either of you, who now has the power to tell you where your kids go and how to divide your assets if it doesn't work out. It's insane that anybody would give their consent to do that. The remedy: A Sovereign Marriage under the Common Law Jurisdiction is a true marriage under the Law. No contracts, just a ring as a representation of the love that two people share. <Next> |
