What is Law?
We know that everyone who presents themselves as a person is in fact property of this corporate de facto government known as CANADA.
And that which is property of the government must obey the rules of government, known as acts or statutes. These are not Law, but rules of a
corporation.
The Definition of Statute is:
1. A permanent rule established by an organization, corporation, etc., to govern its internal affairs.
2. A rule of society with the force of law.
So now you see that it is not a law yet it is treated and enforced as one so that the corporation can generate revenue. Statutes essentially give police
officers the legal right under color of law to harass, assault and kidnap a person. Police have two capacities in which they can operate:
Peace officers – Their duty is to keep the peace and ensure everybody else does (Common law)
Enforcement officers – Enforcing statutes and ensuring people follow these rules (Contract/Admiralty Law)
Peace officers are great men and women which I am thankful for. They are there to protect our rights.
But
when they start acting as enforcement officers, not trained to first find out if they're dealing with a "person"
or a sovereign man or woman, things
can quickly get out of hand.
The jurisdiction that our government and all persons operate within, exists only through contract law, either verbally or written on paper.
We all have the option of being in either jurisdiction at any given time. Think of it like a jacket that you can put on or take off.
One would put it on only 'of necessity' to operate in
commerce to get things like bank accounts or to buy a car, because a name is needed in most cases.
But for example, if you’re in court and the Judge says “Are you John Doe?”
Here is what he is really asking:
Are you willing to go to jail and leave your family behind to suffer and struggle to survive, to lose your wife,
to lose your house, and for your kids to hate you
while you are trapped in jail for years to come for a victimless crime?
If you say “yes”, you have just given your consent and agreed to a verbal contract with the judge, and that is
all that’s needed to bring you into their
jurisdiction and make you subject to the rules of government.
Although some statutes have good reasoning, they are more of a set of moral obligations that good people
are born with and need not be penalized for.
The three main problems I have with having to obey statutory obligations are the following:
1. They don’t tell us why we are obligated or how they got the authority over us to enforce such things.
2. Statutes are only in existence as a means of revenue for a business like any other.
3. The fact that if you ignore something as small as a parking ticket, eventually there will be men in
costumes with
guns show up at your door to shackle you, assault you, kidnap you and put you in a cage.
All for something that was not unlawful, did not harm anybody or damage anybody’s property.
A sovereign man or woman on the land, does not have to abide by any rules of this corporation, simply
because he/she has the authority as second to
God, above any public servant belonging to the government. A sovereign is in fact in a different jurisdiction; the same jurisdiction as the lord our creator.
This is the original jurisdiction and is called the Common Law jurisdiction. The ONLY real laws on earth are of the
Common Law, the common sense rule
from scripture where god tells us to treat others as you wish to be treated.
These include:
- You cannot harm another man or woman.
- You cannot damage another man or woman’s property.
- You cannot use fraud in your contracts.
Everything else that you can think of is not a law, but merely an act or statute.
