Most people think health is a privilege.
Being healthy is not a privilege, but rather a responsibility. As Raymond Francis says, "Health is a Choice!"
There's only one disease, and that is called a malfunctioning cell. If your cells are functioning properly, then you are healthy.
Consistent with this logic, illness can now be described as a group of malfunctioning cells that are expressed as symptoms.
Cells malfunction for only two reasons:
1. They're not getting everything that they need to function properly - Deficiency
2. They're getting something that is interfering with their normal function - Toxicity
The above is so powerful, that with it you can literally eliminate almost any disease.
There's no such thing as a disease other than malfunctioning cells. It's wrong to give symptoms names, because when you do the drug companies can
create 'magic' pills to further their profits, which unfortunately make you sicker.
Prescription pills cause deficiency, and they're toxic. Pharmaceutical drugs cause disease and the disease is worsened with incresed consumption.
A person may start off with one disease, then take some pills, and suddenly they have 6 diseases.
Today they call these additional diseases 'side effects', which is a much nicer way of putting it.
We will be going through the six pathways to health - Nutrition, Toxins, Psychological, Physical, Genetic, and Medical.
The following will teach you how to live the rest of your life happily, and in great health:
Nutrition - Eat naturally for health
Food is what nature provides for us from the soils of the earth.
Eat as much as you want, but eat it as nature provides: Fresh vegetables, fruits, organic meats, fish.
- Eat Organic Foods -
Eat organic. Carefully tendered soils, rich in nutrients, combined with non-pesticidal
farming means healthier crops, and ultimately, healthier people. Organic food
has shown to contain 50% more nutrients, minerals and vitamins than produce that has
been intensively farmed with pesticides.
The best part, is that consumer products are largely dependant on what we purchase,
and so, if everybody began buying healthy, organic foods, then eventually the use of
pesticidal products will become absolete. The prices of organic foods are decreasing,
and the supply is increasing. Everybody can afford organic food.
Pay now for good food, or pay later with hospital bills and illness.

- Genetically Modified Foods -
Genetically modified (GM) foods have been shown to cause a variety of problems and complications,
including toxicity and reproductive effects associated with GM foods. Raymond Francis claims that
up to 70% of vegetables found in grocery stores are Genetically modified.
At least 65 serious health risks related to GM foods have been documented. Among them:
- Offspring of rats fed GM soy showed a five-fold increase in mortality, lower birth weights, and the
inability to reproduce.
- Male mice fed GM soy had damaged young sperm cells
- The embryo offspring of GM soy-fed mice had altered DNA functioning
- Several US farmers reported sterility or fertility problems among pigs and cows fed GM corn.
- Sheep that grazed on Bt-cotton plants in India, exhibited nasal discharge, reddish and erosive mouth
lesions, cough, bloat, diarrhea, and occasional red-colored urine. Shepherds report that 25% of
their herds died within 5–7 days.
You can largely affect the production of genetically modified foods by simply not buying them.
Here's how to identify Genetically Modified Foods:
- A four-digit number means the produce is conventionally grown
- A five-digit number beginning with 9 means it's organic
- A five-digit number beginning with 8 means it's GM

- Grow your own Vegetables -
Growing your own vegetables can be very satisfying and rewarding. Not only does it save you money,
but it can be a fun activity with the family, allowing everybody a healthy step away from the false reality
known as television. Perhaps the most important part is that the nutritional value of vegetables grown by you is much higher.
Try and purchase 'heirloom' seeds which are seeds passed down from generation to generation, unscathed by modern bioengineering/alterations, and
the nutritional value can be up to 4x the amount of the store-bought versions.
Note: Normal seeds cannot be regrown year after year. Heirloom seeds will be an extremely valuable resource or method of trade in the future.
- Make it yourself -
Make your own pasta, make your own bread, make your own pizza dough and sauce. Use whole wheat flour and you will avoid many chemicals seen in
store bought breads. Eat many salads and ensure that you wash your vegetables well to remove pesticides. Eat plenty of raw vegetables and avoid
using microwave ovens whenever possible - it kills from 60 to 80% of the nutrients in your food.
People have eaten naturally for thousands of years. It is only within the past 100 years that humanity has
begun eating the way we do today. Don't be afraid to leave junk food behind. You will be amazed at how
much you will love life when your health improves.
- Food Combinations -
The combinations in which you eat are also very important for proper digestion of your food.
The following combinations will allow for ideal conditions of digestion:
- Vegetables with Protein (Meat, Fish, Nuts, etc.)
- Vegetables with Starch (Grains, Rice, Pasta, etc.)
- Fruit should be Eaten separately
When you eat protein with starch, it leads to maldigestion, which will cause disease. Combining sugar with protein causes
the sugar to ferment and creates AGE's (Advanced Glycation End Products) in your body, which can cause Heart Disease,
High Blood-pressure, Cataracts, Arthritis.

Toxins - Identify and Eliminate

- Processed Foods -
Almost all processed foods have toxins in them. When you buy anything processed, essentially what you're buying, is disease.
Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills
A study by the FDA (1982-1986) called Total Diet Study found that:
- Frozen french fries contained 70 different pesticide residues.
- Frozen Pizzas had 67 industrial and pesticide residues.
- Frozen chocolate cake contained 61 toxic residues.
- Milk chocolate contained 92 toxic residues.
- Peanut butter contained 183 toxic residues.
- Soy -
Soy products contain an array of health risks including increased risk of breast cancer in women,

- Household Products -
Perfumes, Kitty Litter, Shampoo, Soaps, Lotions, Shaving Creams, Household Cleaners, Laundry
Detergents, Deodorants all contain harsh toxins that accumulate in our bodies, and lead to disease.
There are some fabulous organic alternatives on the market today. Take a look at your local grocery store
in the organic aisle, but beware, some of these products may contain unwanted toxins as well.
Look at the ingredients on food, and household products to ensure the following chemicals are not listed:

Today, eating well may not be enough to supply your cells with all the nutrients they need. Supplementing with
vitamins, minerals and Essential Fatty Acids is important. Due to environmental factors such as pollution and
our everyday exposure to toxins, our bodies need more nutrients than normal to cope with this added stress -
yet the nutrients in food has declined. The need is up, the supply is down.

Here are some of the reasons for these failures:
- A lot of these brands use additives for the purpose of fillers, binders, lubricants, colors and preservatives.
- Most of these products are synthetic, and contain petroleum residues from their manufacturers.
- Many are even toxic, which include heavy metals, pesticides, solvent residues, artificial colors and allergens.
Here are the guidelines of Scientist Raymond Francis for choosing vitamin supplements:
"The easiest way is to check the B vitamins, specifically vitamins B2 and B6. In a high quality formula, vitamin
B2 (riboflavin) will also be accompanies by its more expensive and bioactive form: riboflavin 5-phosphate.
Similarly, with vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) a high-quality formula will also contain the more expensive

3. Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's)
EFA's are used by the body to create cell membranes. When hydrolized or other processed oils are consumed,
the membranes actually form with holes in them. Having cell membranes that leak is a very serious problem.
