Brain Frequencies

Electrical instruments are commonly used by medical people to evaluate mental
states. These instruments
measure the neuron firing rates of groups of brain cells.
These firing rates are known to
control mental states:
Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
Here are the 4 brain frequencies in which your mind can operate:
Beta – 14 cycles per second and up – Action level (90% of individuals think and act
here). The beta
state is that
state of mind that you experience when awake and active
during the day.
Alpha – 7 to 14 cycles per second – Ideal level for thinking an analyzing problems, but
only 10% of
people use
this level of thinking. The alpha mind state is that state
commonly experienced while the
body is resting and
the
mind is calm.
Theta - 4 to 7 cycles per second – Where biological intelligence resides. The theta
state is commonly
experienced in deepened states of meditation. It is believed by some
scientists that high amplitude
Theta
frequencies accompany most (if not all) psychic
activity.
Delta - .5 to 14 cycles per second – Deepest sleep connection to higher intelligence. The Delta and
epsilon mind state is commonly
experienced at night during deep sleep.
Because of our connectivity with one another, by meditating and thinking peaceful, loving thoughts you can project them to whomever is
the subject of those
thoughts. We are all one being, one consciousness,
showing itself in many different
physical bodies and
individualities.
"Taking even one step in mindfulness can benefit all beings on Earth."
- Thich Nhat Hanh

The following video shows how the Unified consciousness of everyone is real and that intention can influence
what happens in life.

We reap what we sow, and it's time to plant some new seeds of peace and love in our lives for the benefit of all of humankind.
"Problems can never be solved from the same state in which they were created."
